| Product Exchange |
| Danny Educational will exchange the purchase of a product that you purchased within 30 days from the date of your purchase. All materials included in the product must be returned undamage to exchange such product. You must return the audio CD, computer CD, DVD and the manual in the original packaging. |
| The customer is responsible for all shipping cost. In addition Danny Educational not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns. The customer must provide proof of purchase ( a copy of the original sales receipt, credit card statement or original money order receipt ). |
| A return merchandise authorization number must be obtained prior to returning the product, please contact Danny Educational customer care department by phone at 1866-479-7898. |
| Allow 4-8 weeks for the exchange to be processed. |

| Product Return |
| All materials must be intact in order to receive the refund. Accordingly, you must return all disc and manual and the original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, Danny Educational does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for return. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product. To obtain an RMA number, please contact Danny Educational Customer Care Department by phone at 1866-479-7898. |

In order to prevent lost packages, we strongly recommend that you choose a delivery service with insurance and/or tracking and delivery confirmation. |
